Trying out charcoal with Bubby

and drinking redwine. We had a fun and creative saturday evening/night.

I'm really happy with the drawing I started.

Materials: charcoal, pastels and ink

Drawing with charcoal was a whole new experience to me. I loved how you can add charcoal to the page, then wipe it out. After some time of doing that; I started turning the paper around and then I recognized the hair and the girls chin.
I had now found my "object" and then made the ocean and the sky.
The most fun part was adding the colors and lines.
